Harta is Hotel Grayson’s signature restaurant, occupying the hotel’s entire street front on 39th Street in Manhattan, NYC. Harta is a collaborative exploration of regional Mediterranean cuisine, led by Chief Culinary Officer Jonathan Benno and Executive Chef Mark Zuckerman.
The name Harta means “satiated”, and the goal was to create a warm, inviting experience with an elevated atmosphere.
This was produced at Dutch East Design.
Dutch East Design provided the interior design, naming + branding services, as well as custom graphics for murals throughout the space.
